    • How do i activate my account?

      Just sign-up with your e-mail and your account shall be activated with Cartza. You can check your status in Customer Accounts setting highlighted in the footer menu of the store. Also please send us a direct message on our Whatsapp once you have created your account.

    • How to track our Order?

      We have an option for Order Tracking on our website. Please click on that and add your order number to track or you can send your Order ID to our Whatsapp to check order status.

    • When will I receive my parcel?

      We will do our best to get your parcel delivered ASAP. Our logistics team will not let you wait. Order processing and delivery completes in 2-4 days.

    • How long does delivery take?

      We deliver across Pakistan within 2-4 business days from the date of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

    • What is your return policy?

      We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We're working on expanding our delivery options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
